How long does an install take?
Most home installs are done in a single day. If we need to upgrade your consumer unit or run a long cable route, we'll tell you up front at the survey — never as a surprise on the day.
Can I charge from my solar panels?
Yes — that's the best part. A solar-aware charger can run on surplus generation, so on a bright day much of your mileage is effectively free. Add a battery and you can keep charging after dark.
Which charger should I get?
For most homes a 7kW unit fills the car overnight comfortably. 22kW only helps if you have a three-phase supply. We'll recommend based on your car, mileage and supply — not on what we'd rather sell.
