How much can I realistically save?
It depends on your bill, how much of your usage lands in daylight, and whether you add storage. The savings calculator on our homepage lets you model it with your own numbers — and at survey we'll replace those estimates with a figure based on your actual consumption data.

Do I need a battery, or just panels?
Panels alone still pay, but without storage the surplus you generate at midday gets exported for a fraction of what you pay to buy it back at teatime. A battery is usually the single biggest upgrade to your savings — which is why every package here includes one.

Will it work on a North West roof?
Yes. Modern N-Type panels perform well in diffuse light, which is exactly what our weather delivers. Orientation and shading matter more than raw sunshine hours, and that's what the survey is for.

What if I already have panels?
Battery retrofit is straightforward — the Hanchu and Fox systems are both AC-coupled, so they add to an existing array without touching your panels or inverter.

How long does the paperwork take?
We handle the DNO application and the MCS certification. Most jobs are notified and certified within a couple of weeks of commissioning, and you get copies of everything.
