2. Information on our websites
- The information on our websites is general guidance about solar panels, battery storage and our other services. It is not advice for your particular home.
- Prices shown as “from” or as package prices are a guide. Your price depends on your property and the system designed for it, and is confirmed in your written quote.
- Savings, generation and payback figures, including those from our calculator, are estimates based on the information available and typical conditions. They are not guaranteed, because they depend on your usage, your tariff, the weather and future energy prices.
- Product details come from manufacturers and may change. We confirm the exact equipment in your quote.
- We work to keep the websites accurate and available, but we cannot promise they will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
3. Quotes and your contract with us
- Sending an enquiry, booking a call or receiving a quote does not create a contract. You are under no obligation.
- If you decide to go ahead, we send you a written contract setting out your system, price, payment terms, installation and warranties. That contract governs your installation, and if anything in it differs from these terms, the contract applies.
- If you are a consumer and agree the contract away from our premises or online, you have a 14-day cooling-off period in which you can cancel. Your contract explains how.
- Our usual payment terms are a £100 deposit to secure your installation date, 50% on the morning installation starts, and the balance once your system is installed and working. Your deposit and our 10-year workmanship warranty are insurance-backed through HIES. Your contract confirms the terms that apply to you.
- Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
4. Finance
Eco 2u NW Ltd is an Introducer Appointed Representative of Ideal Sales Solutions Ltd, t/a Ideal4Finance. Ideal Sales Solutions Ltd is a credit broker and not a lender (FRN 703401). Finance available subject to status. The rate offered is always provisional and will depend upon your personal circumstances, the loan amount and the term.
5. Refer a friend
- If you refer a friend who is new to Eco2u NW and their solar or battery installation goes ahead and is completed, we pay £200 to you and £200 to your friend.
- Referrals must be made through our referral form, and you must have your friend’s permission to share their details.
- One reward is paid per friend referred, whoever refers them first. A friend who has already enquired with us is not new to Eco2u NW.
- Rewards are paid by bank transfer once the friend’s installation is completed. We contact you both for bank details at that point, and we never ask for them by text or on our website.
- We may change or end the scheme. Any referral we received before a change will be honoured on the terms that applied when it was made.
6. Promotions
From time to time we run other offers and promotions for our customers. Each one has its own terms, which are shown where the promotion is offered, and those terms apply alongside these.
7. Reviews and content you send us
- When you send us a review, photo or video, you confirm it is your own, honest experience and that you have the right to share it.
- You give us permission to show it on our websites and social media as described when you send it. You can ask us to remove it at any time by emailing info@eco2unw.co.uk.
- We do not edit reviews to change their meaning.
8. Using our websites
- You must not misuse our websites, for example by trying to gain unauthorised access, introducing anything harmful, or submitting false information or other people’s details without their permission.
- The content of our websites, including text, photos, videos, designs and our logo, belongs to us or our licensors. You may view and print it for your own use, but not copy or reuse it commercially without our permission.
- Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.
9. Our responsibility to you
- We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.
- Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
- Our websites are provided for domestic and private information. We are not liable for business losses arising from your use of them.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@eco2unw.co.uk and we will do our best to put it right.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
